The frescoes and
decorations conserved at Villa Corsini are a fine example of the Italian
art at the beginning of the 1600.
Giovan Carlo de’
Medici promoted almost all of them, suggesting the themes connected with
love and with the family.
At the Villa of
Mezzomonte worked several renowned artists, such as Francesco Albani,
Giovanni da San Giovanni, Passignano, Cecco Bravo, Pandolfo Sacchi and
others. Their heritage is well witnessed on the ceilings of the villa.
Villa Corsini can arrange
for several decorations and settings, supplying for example:
- Coloured decorations made
of seasonal flowers, plants and fruits;
- Lights, torches and
candles settings;
- Music
- Fire works
